Returns & Exchanges


At this time returns are not accepted. We do, however, accept size exchange so long as they fit the following criteria:


  • Exchange is made within 2 weeks (14 days) since the product has arrived at it’s final destination (this date will be determined by shipment tracking date of arrival and is not determined by the date in which a receiver has opened the package)

  • An email is sent to with proof of purchase

  • Products arrive in a “like new” condition with tags still intact and with the original packaging. If items have signs of usage (dirty, smells, animal hair, etc.), we will not accept them. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee at our discretion depending on the condition of the returned item.  


After receiving a Return Authorization, you are responsible for shipping the items to us.

We do not refund/cover shipping costs and my request an additional charge to re-shipping an item to you. Additional chargers may be requested for certain clothing size changes.


Please be aware that there may be a delay in receiving your exchanged product. Your location may impact this delay.
